[異國料理]韓式辣炒洋蔥牛肉
食材:雪花牛肉片 --------1份
豆芽菜(可省)--- 適量
洋蔥 ----------------1/2顆
韓式辣椒醬 ---------1T
米酒 -----------------15-20ml
蒜頭末 --------------1T
辣椒末 --------------少許
蛋黃(可省) ------1個
作法:
1.先用1T的韓式辣椒醬與米酒醃牛肉-->約五分鐘,適量的油炒洋蔥
2.接著加入蒜頭末與辣椒末續炒
3.放入豆芽菜與步驟1.的醃牛肉,加入少許水拌炒一下(此時蓋鍋蓋約1分鐘)
4.最後加入一顆生蛋黃就可起鍋嘍!
